St. Luke’s Regional Cancer Center will host the community event Managing the Legal and Financial Aspects of Cancer on Tuesday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Marshall School Auditorium, as part of its Understanding Cancer Survivorship Lecture Series.
Julie Olmsted, a staff attorney for Cancer Legal Care, and Heather Stillwell, options counselor and works and benefit planner for Disability Hub MN, will address important concerns such as powers of attorney, health care directives, how to apply for disability or supplemental income, and accessibility assistance options.
A light dinner and refreshments will be served starting at 4:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the community.
